... just soaked the last of last years seeds Gladiator on some kitchen paper today ... hope some of them sprout cos they were yummy ... only got four left in the store Crying or Very sad

We had roasted parsnip with our lunch. Was about same size as Impy's . Still have about a dozen left in ground

good looking snip that Very Happy

I looked at my parnsip patch and the foliage has mostly died back. I hope there's some roots under there as I've only harvested a few Very Happy Roast parsnips are lovely, so sweet Very Happy

Dug my last 2 today, also good size and made a 'parsnip and leek' soup Very Happy

I ordered 'Tender & true' variety this year Confused

Have just noticed that a few of my snips have sprouted on the paper ... not too many though Sad so I shall have to buy another packet this year!
