You're not as tough as Gene Hunt are you?
spraddle leg is when the chicks 'hips' are soft and so their legs stick out sidewards like arms instead of downwards like they should. We've used a plaster to hold them in place for a few days so that the chick can 'stand' to get food and water. Hopefully, this will give it's hips the chance to set normally.
Anyway.......meet the gang
This is a mille fleur pekin (although it's supposed to be spotty and it's plain!) I hope that doesn't mean it's a boy.
This is one of the naughty ones, and very brave!

Here is our lavender pekin. Another naughty one, it's very greedy! this one already weighs three times more than any of the others!

This is our little serama. Soooo tiny, but really feisty!

one of the light sussex, All three of these are shy and timid compared to the pekins and the serama.

Here is the one with spraddle leg, you can just make out it's plaster underneath!

The last light sussex, this shy baby is smaller than the others.

And last but not least...this little mille fleur pekin is shy but still cheeky, she's taken to scrambling up and sitting on mum's head! Sadly she's so shy that when we try to get a photo she scuttles back under mum's skirts at the speed of light!

WOW They have gone from really cute to really ugly,
"the tiny serama has developed a pasted vent so we're washing it's little bum with warm water and applying olive oil every few hours "
Far too much information???

That one was going to be called Meredith but sadly turned out to be a boy so we can't keep him
Lola (walks like a woman but looks like a man) is a boy too.
When Dave loaded the pics (I've just noticed ) he put Lola in twice and missed out Millie....our little pekin girl
